Sofia is a certified teacher of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) , having the Level 4 Diploma in Dance Education (DDE) in Modern Theatre.

 

She has also attended many seminars of Contemporary Dance in Greece and Contemporary masterclasses at MOVE IT Show in London with Phoenix Dance Theatre, Lucas McFarlane &Wayne McGregor Company. She is a professional dancer, dance teacher and choreographer of contemporary and modern dance.

 

Sofia was born and raised in Thessaloniki where she started teaching from 2008. She was also coaching competitive  teams of contemporary and modern dance from 2010 until 2020.
